Developing, implementing and analyzing BI reports using SQL Server Business Intelligence 2008 solutions (including T-SQL, ETL, creation of stored procedures/views in our DW) using SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, Excel, etc….
Primary focus on Operational reporting to drive volumes and ensure Service Level Agreement is met.

Project
Developing new decisional reports
Objective: fully automate the reports/ KPIs and making them easily accessible and comprehensible for the business.
• Meeting with management to define business reporting needs
• Liaising with technical teams to understand data sources and data availability (team in India, America, Singapore)
• Loading data in our DW using SSIS
• Developing code, designing reports (KPIs, Dashboards, Scorecards) using SSMS, Excel, SSRS
• Present and explain new reports/key metrics to senior management.

Daily tasks/responsibilities:
• Maintaining existing published reports: KPI, Scorecard, Operational and Financial reports for all departments of the MBS space and globally (EMEA, APAC, USA). 100+ existing published reports.
• Enhance existing published reports: Ensure all reports meet the business needs by continuing to improve the quality of all scheduled reports through reviews with management.
• Data Quality: Checking data consistency through data analyses and identifying possible corrections in order to obtain an optimal reporting
• Ad-hoc reporting + analyses (around 15 reports per Month)
