Identify specific business processes non covered by GLOBE, and raise related fitgaps. Write functional specifications for custom developments : forms (Bill Of Lading,..), reports, specific transaction. Design integrated solutions (LE MM WM, ATP check,..) for new business scenarios (interface with ASRS, inter-clusters transfers, outside storages, custom RF transactions).
Set up interfaces with external systems (PCS, WMS,..).
Propose and implement system improvements, integrated with other streams.
Lead the non-regression testing team, and the WM junior configurator.
Train some key users.
Support factories over the go-lives, and sustain the market (issues resolution, as third level support).
Scope : 20 factories, and multiple Distribution Centers. SAP implementation timeline : from 2006 to 2010.
