o Functional and technical support of PA and OM modules
o Functional and technical harmonization of procedures and Master Data in order to merge two types of population (CGER and société Générale)
o Development and maintenance of Personnel Actions (Infogroups, Modifiers, and Dynamic actions)
o Development of specific programs (Reporting programs, one shot corrective programs…)
o Setting up SAPs Ad-Hoc Query solution: Infosets and user group configuration, development of additional fields in queries.
o Development of additional fields in standard PA infotypes
o Development of defaulting and checks in PA standard infotypes using User Exits and BADIs
o Handling change requests and maintenance of PA client infotypes module pools.

o Responsible of checking, documenting and defining test scenarios when applying the HR Support Packages.
o Unicode conversion of client programs, user exits, module pools and BADIs for the upgrade from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.
