- Right arm of the CTO for running the transformation: operating model and organization setup (with BCG), sourcing strategy definition and implementation (with Sogeti), organization of the staffing process (+1000 interviews), operational change management, budget and controlling support.

- Innovation, service strategy setup and roadmap: Hybrid cloud vision evangelist, bottom-up crowdsourced ideation platform for operational excellence, service catalog definition for End Users and Business services, front end and back end service costing definition and setup support.

- Management of IT Business Partners – 42 people in 10 countries: Business relationship
management with internal clients and businesses. Collective deliverable on missions and mindset, integration in GIS processes and services, key success factors and behaviors, service catalog promotion, knowledge management.

- Global WAN strategy and architecture for applications support and sites interconnections.
- Department process redefinition, setup based on ITIL and recruitment.
- Carrier change 2007 - 2010: Global RFP to 11 providers for 300 sites in 82 countries. Project lead, network roll-out and support activities organization.
