Who am I ?
I have more than 16 years of working experience in which I specialized during the last years in the management and delivery of IT and organizational projects in the Financial Services Industry especially in the Risk Management, Business Process and Business Intelligence fields.
Throughout my career in financial services I have worked on assignments in Luxembourg and abroad: Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris. This allowed me to gain a large experience and an extensive knowledge of the banking industry in general.
Since then, I have acquired a significant experience regarding how to help organizations to make the bridge between IT and Business worlds.
Moreover, in the one hand, I was (and still) involved in people management position focusing on coaching consultants, providing them with guidelines, best practices and supervising day-to-day operations. On the other hand, I helped companies by providing business solutions advisory, BI architecture, project management and implementation when using packaged or off shelf software.
With strong analytical, management and communication skills, I feel comfortable dealing with all different enterprise hierarchical levels and I'm willing to quickly penetrate new environments to deliver added-value results.

As Project Manager, by :
• Identifying, tracking managing and resolving project issues
• Proactively disseminating project information to all stakeholders
• Identifying, managing and mitigating project risk
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management
• Defining and collecting metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
• Managing the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
