Responding to the RFI/RFP/bids in the following domain “IP Centrex / VoIP, WAN/LAN solution “for different clients like French Fire department of Yvelines, CHU Hospital of Montpellier, Stadium of Le Havre.

Project Manager : SW Configuration Swap of Siemens by Nokia Node Bs Project.
Team of 5 engineers
Based on PMWBK set the project process, human response planning acquiring and developing the team, setting the communication plan and change board

Project Manager : End 2 End Integration of the IMS & lawful interception including NSN MGCF / NetAct within Orange environment and providing the Interface specification of OSS/BSS.
Leading a team of 10 engineers and 3 project managers for (MGCF / NetAct and OSS/BSS)
*Managed client engagement services and solution implementations
*Using the PMWBK methodology to complete the project in time within the budget.
*Direct the coordination of all implementation tasks involving third part as well
*Up sell additional products and services
*Manage the transition from implementation to client support and maintenance

Roll out Project Manager : Orange France 2G Networks
Leading a multiple sub-contractors
Evaluate, validate and manage supplier deployment activities ensuring that all risks are
Identified and addressed to maximize successful delivery of Equipment.
Responsible for the planning and deployment of BSS, including environments management, in support of live operations (Cost follow up, Subcontractor Management…)

Pre-sales Manager 3G solution

Assists and participates in developing RFI, RFP and RFQ responses ( Qtel, Nawras telecom, Maroc Telecom, Air Cell…. )
* Optimising Mobile Radio Division offer costs
* Defining and quantifying product associated risks on an offer basis
* Insuring that all Regional Service Customer have all means to answer RFQs
* Contributing to roadmaps definition product documentation
* Provided feedback on the releases of new product
* Offered post and pre sales technical support for current and new customers

Telecom Project Manager: ELAM Business unit managing the following projects
Vimpelcom Russia : installation of 3G+ field trail networks – 1 RNC and 20 Node Bs - including the transmission part ( ATM switches) leading a team of 3 Alcatel expert and sub-contractor in term to win the Vimpelcom Networks ( 1000 NBs and 25 RNC )
Telefonica Spain: installation of 3G+ Indoor field trial networks using Node I solution ( 25 Node I and 1 RNC) leading a team of 3 Expert and sub-contractors for civil works.
ScanCom Areeba Cyprus network: Roll out of the Utran one RNC and 150 Node Bs, team of 4 engineers and sub-contractors
Jersey Telecom network Roll out of the UTRAN solution one RNC and 50 Node Bs, team of 4 Engineers and subcontractors
Serbia Telecom: building a lab platform for demo
*Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple related projects directed toward strategic and Business Unit ELAM objectives.
* Participating to the product life cycle development specially for Node I product.
* Guaranteeing evaluation and respect of planning and cost estimated
* Assist sales and tendering manager to direct the sales support to offer potential Equipment, features toward customers.
* Set a specific training session for the customer in term to surge his acknowledge about Alcatel

RSC ELAM TAC Support Level 2:
* Support level 2 in O&M and Telecom for France Telecom R&D team
* Guarantee the validation of the RNS “OMC-R, RNC and Node B”

Project Leader: UMTS field Trial Networks
* Establish the functional architecture

* Coordinate all the deliverable and reporting to the top Management .

* Training of a team of ten technicians on the BSS Nortel & Nokia.
* Support of the technicians to improve the quality of service and to reach the negotiated KPI.

* Definition of needed subjects to be treat for UMTS Core network
* To establish a planning of study for the core circuit & package.
