 TOPIC strives for first class services, leveraging tier-1 experience
 November 2010 – March 2011: mission for Clearstream Services in Luxembourg : strategic infrastructure project (quality assessment from November to December, high level business requirements from January to March)
 June 2011 – September 2011: mission for Clearstream Services in Luxembourg : strategic platform consolidation project (concept paper and high level consolidation strategy)

 March 2007 – October 2009: Programme Manager of the 4th and last layer of the new Euroclear Group Single Platform, viz Single Platform Settlement (SPS)
 start up of a €190 millions programme
 direct management of 8 Senior Project Managers (application and infrastructure) with 60 people spread over Brussels, Paris, London and Amsterdam
 global planning of about 40 interrelated projects
 continuous optimisation and reengineering (business and technology) of SPS to cope with world financial crisis
 this exercise was managed based on extensive usage of Enterprise Architecture (Business Architecture, Application Architecture, Technical Architecture using the MEGA tool)

 delivery of 20 interrelated projects (average 5,000 man-days/project)
 relationship management with National Central Banks, Regulators and Market Committees in Brussels, Paris and London
 the core of SSE is a long-running kernel (embedded in an asynchronous architecture) able to process 300 Settlement Transactions per second, including real-time replication to the hot back-up centre.
 SSE has been recognized as a quantum leap in Financial Technology and is protected by an international patent
