o reorganize the SAP BW team in the goal of developing a European support team,
o manage the development process of an intranet tool for pricing, offering and contracting used by the 180 B2B account managers of Marketing & Sales,
o manage the installation of the SAS Business Intelligence platform for Middle Office and Trading division,
o manage the development of 2 new operational research products to forecast the production of nuclear power plants and hydro-electric power plants,
o reduce the budget by 15 % with a widening scope (more automation, better service management,…).

• Manager of a 14 people team ensuring the implementation of ITIL Service Level Management, the creation of IT infrastructure service catalogue & the associated cost model.
• Budget : direct : 2 millions € / year - indirect : 100 millions € / year.
• Achievements:
o create IT Infrastructure Service Catalogue to facilitate the sourcing model of the different part of this Infrastructure,
o lead the revision of cost model and invoicing for future IT firm (Dexia Technology Services),
o develop « service / transversal view » dashboards for IT management and our customers,
o manage the relationship managers team that negotiates SLAs with different Business Units and Branches of Dexia.
