Project Manager Wealth Management & PMS (Private Banking) - NEW ACCESS AMS partnership
- Mandates for BA projects in Private Banking (Wealth and Portfolio Management):
Business Analyst with private banks to manage the business needs of the Asset Management and BI in terms of decision support tools and Portfolio Management (Geneva and International):
⦁ RFI, RFO and RFP for business development, prospection, marketing projects and new needs for International customer Private Banking (Business analysis, feasibility study, project scoping, etc...)
⦁ Determining the project’s scope and analysis of specific business requirements
⦁ Regular communication with all the different stakeholders involved or impacted and top management (process control, project progress and follow up, dashboards and triangle checkup: cost, deadline, quality, guidance, SLA)
⦁ Participation in all phases of projects from kick off until Go Live! (Structuring and scheduling of the project, design, deployment of solutions chosen to customers, integration and acceptance and regression tests in SIT, UAT and production environments)

- Mandate for the deployment project for a new system in the pharmaceutical industry:
Feasibility project for the deployment of a new central system for the management of a pharmaceutical industry (Order Management, Shipping Management, Audit and Quality Management, Production Management).
Requirements analysis, existing tools studies and integrated ERP solutions search:
⦁ RFO and RFP for current systems migration project (iSeries to Unix)
⦁ Specifications and determining the project boundary
⦁ Study of current applications (MAPICS, PSITOOLS, PACHA, ANAEL ...) on iSeries
⦁ Deployment of new ERP and recipe testing, functional, UAT, OQ and GoLive!
Test Management on the new ERP:
⦁ Define and implement the phases and procedures of technical and functional tests around the new ERP
⦁ Analyze technical, operational problems and propose corrective, analyze and perform statistics on bugs and results of test protocols, execute the technical compliance, supervise regression testing
⦁ Elaborate, write documents and technical materials, as well as dashboards and decision for monitoring tests
Support and system assistance for the users: daily support 1st and 2nd level with users, including order management, shipping management, incident on systems and network platforms (Windows Servers, UNIX ...).
System Engineering: daily monitoring of servers, resource management, process improvement.
