Implementation of a common Web Content Management Platform supporting Internet Mobile Banking &
hosting Web Portals for more than 10 Operational Entities in Europe and North Africa.
The WCM platform implemented hosted multi lingual, multi country & multi segments web portals in retail banking
for several Operational Entities BDDF (France), BNL (Italy), BMCI (Morocco) BNPPF (Belgium), BGL
(Luxembourg)… . The purpose is to provide BNP customers with multi-channel web portals & transactional
applications to increase the business in Europe & emerging countries. Hellobank is one of the first digital banks
implemented using the implemented solution.
 Set up Workshops with the business to clarify the requirements & translate them into functional and
technical specifications
 Lead the development of LiveSite components and mobile compliant widgets (responsive design).
 The developed components are used by the Operational Entities to set up web portal & transactions web
sites to target the maximum number of Customers.
 This includes the public website, transactional website integrated with the Shell Native application
 Coordination with IT Testors & follow up UAT with the business
 Planed and follow up the delivery to Operational Entities

Platform & Global Web Portals in more than 40 countries.
WCM platform integration to host and build multi country and multi lingual Web Portals available in more than 40
countries, the purpose of this project is to provide a scalable platform and components in order to reduce the costs
and create synergies.
 Implemented shared Web Content Management Platform and related components based on TeamSite
(Autonomy product). WCM application is accessible for the business through a single entry point (URL)
from anywhere in the world within BNP Paribas Network (Nordic countries: Sweden, Finland, Norway,
Denmark, Europe: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, United kingdom,..., America : US,
Canada, Asia : Hong Kong,...). The business has the autonomy to build the web portals based on the
components provided by IT using this platform.
 The main components are: Fund Search, Fund Detail with interactive graph with performance and
benchmark data, Fund Prices, Fund Documents, Purchase funds,...
 This has includes implementations of BNP Paribas Intranet and Extranet opened for external partners
(Fund Quest, HSBC, BNP Paribas retail banking) in order to sell BNP Paribas products through different
partners.

the bank accounts hosted on AXA banque toward Insurance contracts available on AXA France accounts.
