The purpose of the Consultant was to support the Architecture community, to integrate a highly political environment and be the primary liaison between the Business and it clients to support the implementation of a new Project Management framework (Harmony) and Architecture Governance framework (EAGLE) within the Architecture community (150 resources) and ensure delivery of Operational Service Levels to meet Business expectations.
Main Tasks, Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Maintaining control of the project documentation, maintaining various Risk, Issue & change logs, updating and creating schedules in MSP, update and manage finance and resource trackers, resource administration and all of the deliverable focused work.
• Achieved Implementation of a Communication Plan through organising end-to-end Communication events (Meetings: minutes, presentation pack, updating RAID logs; Forums, Conventions) ensuring constant communication flow within the community.
