• MWINGZ is a new Joint Venture between ORANGE and PROXIMUS since 1st of April 2020. Most important business change in the last decade.
• Single Point of Contact for all IT related transformation topics - RAN OSS (Radio Access Network Sharing and IT Operation Support Systems). Reporting directly to the JV Director.
• Translated the Hybrid Operational Model requirements into IT solutions: identification of the IT applications portfolio, security, rationalization, adaptation to Partners Access scheme, tactical re-engineering and modification of the current IT tools to allow MWINGZ to manage the existing and the new converged RAN.
• Co-ordination of projects: IT and security design, network interconnection, Data Center installation of Telco equipments, ITSM migration, applications upgrade for 5G compliance (coverage, optimization and GIS). Overall migration strategy (split, share, consolidate, adapt) and road map definitions. Day to day follow up.
• MDM (Master Data Management) and PII/GDPR: proposed an overall optimization plan (including process) based on COLLIBRA to streamline the data flow management and the compliance with a focus on the governance and audit.
• Technology audit with a focus on increasing productivity: COLLIBRA (Level 2 certification), ARCHIMATE, ARIS, CONFLUENCE, HADOOP architecture (comparison of EMC-DELL, HP and NETAPP offers), KAFKA, KIBANA and GRAFANA.
