In charge of Global IT implementation and ERP integration for Dufry sales points located in EMEA among which targets were France, Holland, Dubai, Morocco, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Ghana.
The breakdown of my responsibilities spawned from day-to-day IT project activities with external/ internal provider’s coordination, management, planning and business management activities.
Global IT architecture integration project entailed:
- Organise and review Network and Systems design (IP VPN, Pix ISA, Firewall, Cisco technologies, Citrix Servers, Applications servers, PI-Electronics point of sale and Infostore back-office management)
