As an IT Programmer my tasks included:
- to develop a Helpdesk solution in order to allow to the IT Department to plan and to follow interventions to the end-users requests. This solution allow to the IT Manager to receive the end-users requests, to allocate the intervention tickets to the IT professionals, to open and to close a ticket and also to receive feedback from users. This application was developed in Visual FoxPro 9.0
- to develop a software solution for monitoring the quality of the potable water supplied by ApaNova. Application was developed in Visual FoxPro 9.0
- to assure the functionality of HR application, developed in ASP+SQL Server
- to offer end-user support for the ERP, an Oracle application
- to maintain and update the site of the company: ********
As a Hardware Specialist the main task was to implement VMWARE on the company servers.

Job description I was responsible for the development of a web site that is used by the largest ornamental fish importer from Romania to have on-line demands.
I was responsible to follow-up the project, I made the analysis phase and I worked also to the website development.

IT Project Manager

Job description Dalkia Romania, a subsidiary of Veolia Group, decided to implement Microsft Navision in the company.
I was involved in this project as an IT Project Manager from Dalkia part.
My responsibilities included the follow up of the implementation, reporting to Dalkia management, to assure that the implementation is made following the methodology. I was involved in all project phases including the data migration from an Informix Database. I follow up also the budget of the project.

Additionally I developed a desktop solution (“KAPPA”) for the customer requests used by the Customer Department of Dalkia to survey the customer needs. The management of Dalkia uses the reports of this application in order to have quality parameters and to improve the relation supplier-client. This solution was developed in Visual FoxPro 9.0

Also I developed a web-based solution for Document Management System (DMS). This solution was developed on a Windows platform using Apache web-server, PHP, MySQL, HTML/JavaScript/CSS

Job description BCEOM is one of the worldwide leaders for the infrastructure projects: highways, railroads, etc.
For this company I was involved as MIS Specialist into the project “Reform and Rehabilitation of Irrigation System in Romania”, project financed by the World Bank.
In this quality my responsibilities pointed to the evaluation of necessity to implement an ERP in the departments of Ministry of Agriculture. In this scope I write a Request for Proposal, I evaluated the software and hardware needs and I follow up the implementation of the ERP.
Also I was responsible to develop internal software solutions for this project team. The team had 8 consultants from Holland, Philippines, France and Romania
