The project: Competitive Due Diligence for a x00 millions contract. Involved as Data Centre architect, Due Diligence expert. Specific responsibilities concerning cultural differences and language potential issues. The customer is a top level French Aerospace and Defence manufacturer, with many subsidiaries in many countries. Official language of the call for tender is French; Official language of TCS is English. Core activities around Data Centres consolidation, evaluation for Cloud possibilities and Storage/Backup SME during workshops with customer. DR and BCP stream being a key component
Part of the solution involves Microsoft AZURE and Amazone Cloud services, with a strong focus on Microsoft Office 365 and migration of Mail systems (Exchange and Notes) to SHarepoint plus Office 365.
Manage the relationship with DataCentre, Storage and Tools vendors.
