• I participate on the project team to join Formica-PSM Railite.On 2000 Formica buy the laminate division of the Swedish multinational Perstorp, on Spain was the society PSM Railite SA located on Valencia , with a factory with manufacturing plant moreover of a distribution warehouse on St Avold (France).On 2002 started the project that in two phases fases (the incorporation of PSM Railite to European system of IT as independient company and the posterior join with Formica sa) allowed join the two companies from all points of views (legal, financial ,IT, etc), till arrive to the actual situation with only a company with two manufacturing plants on Bilbao and Valencia ,distribution warehouse on St Avold , commercial office on Milano (Italy) and regional warehouses on Madrid Barcelona , Sevilla and Valencia.

• Relationship with IT Customers and Suppliers.

• To plan and development an IT budget on Bilbao-Valencia-Madrid-Barcelona-Milan on Formica

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• To improve systems of control in fixed assets
• To implement a system of control of management by departments
• Establishment of automatism between local general ledger and the reporting to the multinational.
• Implantation of an ERP system to surpass the “2000 efect” :
On 1977 November Formica take the decision to convert all the software in all operations on Europe with manufacturing facilities on UK France and Spain and of distribution on Germany, Italy, Holland Switzerland to a unique integrated package sharing database and located all facilities of a central computer in UK. The package used was BPCS Client/Server 6.0.04.
I was nominated as Technical Project Leader on Spain and from 1998 March till 1999 Jun I leaded all the process of implantation on the factory of Formica Española. The process demanded :

1.-The coordination of the project with the rest of European facilities involved.
2.-The coordination to national level of all envolved areas as manufacturing, commercial, distribution, planning and financial..
3.-Redefinition of the processes to adapt us to the new software.
Moreover to coordinate all of it I made compatible with to implant of financial area so all the internal procedures nowadays and all the flow of information han been my responsibility.
